We arrived to find out that we had to pay extra to use it, and without any prior notice, it was rented to a private party, not allowing us hotel guests to use it. It was the only reason for us to select this hotel in the first place.

The free parking right in front of the hotel was super convenient. The breakfast was absolutely mind-blowing, with a wide variety of delicious options like yogurt, fresh fruit, cereal, toast. The service from the lady serving breakfast was excellent, she made me feel so welcome. And let me tell you, the restaurant in the hotel served the most incredible traditional Italian dinner meals at such good prices. I'm still dreaming about the flavors! All in all, this hotel exceeded my expectations on every level.

The location was very convenient for my business trip, only 20 minutes away from the airport, which made my trip hassle-free. Another advantage of this hotel was the free parking, which made renting a car a great option.

The walls were a bit thin, and I could hear the people in the room next to mine, but it wasn't a significant issue. , the staff at the pool could be more welcoming, as when I arrived, the receptionist told me only 15 people were allowed in the pool, but later I noticed that it wasn't the case, and my children could swim.

Amazing food at the restaurant! The gnocco fritto with parma ham is a delicate pastry that melts in your mouth. And the ravioloni di zucca burro e salvia is like a taste of paradise. You can't go wrong with their rich menu and extensive wine list. I can see why Pavarotti used to eat here!

The hotel can be a bit noisy; you can hear people next door talking.
